I am a fully qualified transpersonal integrative therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's complexities, I trained at Re-Vision Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy. My approach is rooted in the belief that therapy should fit the person, not the other way around. By combining different therapeutic traditions, I tailor our work to respect your unique personality, history, and goals and work with mind, body and imagination to create a soulful space from where to reflect.
Before training as a therapist, I spent 20 years working in the arts. The experience I gained working in a creative, collaborative industry enriches the way I practice today. It taught me a great deal about the pressure to perform, the challenge of maintaining healthy personal boundaries, and the vulnerability required to share our true selves with others.
This background gives me a grounded, real-world understanding of stress, identity, and the weight of expectation. I am highly attuned to what it feels like to manage burnout, navigate unstable environments, and experience creative stagnation. It has given me a deep capacity to listen closely to what is left unsaid, hold space for complex emotions, and appreciate the unique stories we tell about our lives.
I provide an authentic, warm, and collaborative relationship where we can explore your thoughts safely, find clarity, and move toward a more fulfilled way of living.
